Grow your career as a Staffing Execution & Governance Lead with an innovative global bank in Jacksonville, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be part of the Enterprise Workforce Management team and is responsible for delivering critical workforce management assessments to inform actions and insights. Contract Duration: 6+ Months

What You Will Be Doing

• Formalize monitoring process: outline monitoring components including input into roadmap for reporting and define (with input from Org Design and input into WFP Councils) and support execution for monthly cycle. Including creating process flows and desktop procedures

• Execute monitoring process as defined

• Prepare analysis / input for quarterly check and challenge staffing adequacy sessions, enhancing existing materials

• Contribute to reporting and insights around status, gaps, remediation actions progress to management committees, board and regulators

• Own processes that ensure workforce planning framework related to monitoring and process are effectively applied, with checkpoints throughout the process to mitigate risks and inaccuracies and their potential downstream impacts
