We are offering an opportunity for a Software Architect, based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you'll be the technical backbone of our software projects, shaping the overall structure of our software systems, and ensuring their scalability, maintainability, and security.

Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, industry best practices, and a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, including CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain detailed system design documents, including data models, workflows, and integration points.

Oversee the development and configuration of Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features.

Participate in the Salesforce community and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent certification.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and APIs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce industry clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

Experience with Salesforce integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Profound expertise in database and configuration management is crucial.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.

• Possession of advanced technical certifications will be regarded as a valuable addition.
