Description:

Duties include:

-Maintain routers, switches, and internet circuits. Implement, administer, and troubleshoot WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. Be able to analyze packet traces between devices.

-Mostly operational duties. Plan and execute. Maintenance and documentation. Continuous improvement with some automation.

The preferred candidate should have experience in the following:

· Cisco – wireless, routing and switching, Wifi, firewall

· Automation – scripting – cisco tcl and python (would like to see some examples during interview)

· DNS – we use InfoBlox

· F5 load balancers

· Management of NTP

· ServiceNow ticketing

· New builds, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching

· Quick response to tech bridges

· Vendor management

o Circuit orders

o Procurement

· Inventory maintenance and handling

· Cloud networking

· Network security

· Documentation – can review/write clear and comprehensive documentation
