Production Worker

Job Description

Need proactive and diligent Production Workers to join our team in an aluminum wheel manufacturing setting.

The successful candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of duties, including operating hand tools, standing for extended periods.

Lifting consecutive 25-60 pound wheels on a daily basis.

Experience working within a manufacturing setting previously is a huge plus.

Open to working in fast paced environment.

Will be working on production line and need someone with high attention to detail.

Shift

Our company runs 24/7, closing only for a few days around Christmas each year.

We currently have openings on the 2nd shift and 3rd shift.

Will be training on days from 6:30AM- 2:30PM and must be willing to train on first for up to the first two weeks.

Then will be assigned second or third shift based on preference:

2nd: 2:30PM-10:30PM

3rd: 10:30PM-6:30AM

Attendence Policy

Must show up for shift prior to the shift starting and clock in or they will be given an attendance point of .25. If they miss a shift completely they are given 1 point. If they accrue 4 or more points in their first 90 days they will be terminated.

Work Environment

Our workplace is an active and dynamic aluminum wheel production facility. The work environment can be very hot in the summer with air temperatures reaching up to 115 degrees in the plant, while in winter the temperatures are somewhat cold or comfortable. The facility operates 24 hours per day, 362 days per year.
