We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join the team for one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks using QuickBooks. This position offers flexible hours and is perfect for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments. There will be the opportunity to go permanent for the right match.

salary: $22 - $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 2 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform regular post office runs, deposit checks, and update accounts receivable records

• AP and AR: Post expenses, contact customers regarding outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records

• Inventory Support: Post packing slips and assist with parts inventory documentation

• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop version) is highly desirable

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication abilities for customer follow-ups

Skills

• QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)

• Invoices (2 years of experience is required)

• Bookkeeping (2 years of experience is required)

• Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
