Randstad Digital is looking for a Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect that can help with implementing solutions to benefits and compensation Oracle Fusion modules. This is a 6 month project with competiitve pay. This role can be worked remotely. This person will serve as the technical expert for this project.

location: JACKSONVILLE, Florida

salary: $70 - 100 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead as a technical expert to identify and implement solutions to benefits and compensation Oracle Fusion modules.

Coordinate with team members to ensure successful delivery of solutions to the customer. Develop models and plans to drive forward the strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance. Conduct reviews of customer business requirements, use cases, architecture and other components within the customer environment to identify issues and make recommendations to meet the customer need. Develop and implement best practices for software and system architecture. Collaborate with various business units on projects to ensure successful implementation and delivery. Create the technology road map to achieve business goals. Review and approve work performed by team members and 3rd party vendors. Act as a mentor to other developers to help improve technical and professional skills. Monitor the market to gain knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies. Identify new and emerging hardware/software technologies and products, access their relevance and value to the organization.

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 6 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors
