Our client is?seeking a .NET Feature Lead?Developer to join their team. As a .NET Feature Lead Developer, you will be part of the development team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to teamwork, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: .NET Feature Lead Developer

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Pay Range: Based on the experience

Mode: Contract -W2

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement privacy features and functionalities utilizing .NET framework, Angular, and related technologies.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET developers, including task assignment, code reviews, and mentorship.

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team, including process optimization and knowledge sharing activities.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and support.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in .NET software development.

• Experience with software development using .NET, Angular, and web services.

• Sound knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL) and experience with large SQL-based systems.

• Strong knowledge of Agile software development practices and tools, such as JIRA and Ansible.

• Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in a fast-paced environment.
