Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Technician:

• Perform regular maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, brake checks, tire rotations, and more
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine issues
• Inspect vehicles for safety, performance, and compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
• Respond quickly to urgent repair needs to minimize vehicle downtime
• Help manage spare parts inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications of a Fleet Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a mechanic, with expertise in both light and heavy-duty vehicles
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license
