Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that all systems and processes meet business goals efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements to enhance business performance.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Understanding of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and process improvement frameworks.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
