::: {dir="auto"} We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician Helper to join our manufacturing facility's maintenance team. This role supports senior maintenance technicians in keeping our production equipment running efficiently and safely. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Essential Duties and Responsibilities :::

• Assist senior maintenance technicians with preventive maintenance tasks
• Help troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Support equipment installations and modifications
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
• Help with basic facility maintenance tasks
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures

• 1-2 years of mechanical and electrical experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong ability to take direction and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
• Reliable transportation to arrive for 6:00 AM start time
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Basic computer skills
