Are you new to this market with some accounting experience or recently retired and want to keep your skills sharp? A valued client of ours is looking for some temporary accounts receivable-related assistance as soon as possible. It is important to note that they use MS Dynamics 365 and do not have the resources to offer extensive training. This comfortable in-office role that will turn hybrid is located in North Jacksonville. For the right match, this role has a high probability of becoming a permanent position.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices to customers promptly

• Record and post payments in the accounting system

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, overdue invoices, and payment discrepancies

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and provide excellent customer service

• Initiate collections on overdue accounts, escalating as necessary

• Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports to management

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, invoices, payments, and adjustments

• Coordinate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve issues and improve processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
