Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

Code with Purpose : Translate business requirements into elegant code. Create automated tests that ensure robust functionality.

Raise the Bar : Write maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

Document Like a Pro:  Craft clear technical and functional documentation to support your solutions.

Collaborate and Learn : Engage in peer code reviews and learn from senior engineers. Share knowledge and grow together.

Project Management : Help manage and coordinate project tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in a large corporate environment.

Experience/Qualification/Skills:

Language Agility : 0 to 2+ years of software development preferred with proficiency in at least one programming language – TypeScript, JavaScript, GoLang, Flutter/Dart, Python. 1+ years of software development preferred

MERN Stack Bonus:  Familiarity with MongoDB, Express, React, and NodeJS is a plus.

Database Know-How : Familiarity with relational databases and noSQL.

Cloud Curiosity : Exposure to cloud-based frameworks, especially AWS, is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
