Aerotek Electrical Test Technician in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Title: Test Technician

Job Description

We are currently hiring electrical test technicians for a manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrical tests and quality control of electrical cabinets and switchgears. You will be required to use electrical testing tools and equipment as well as document quality inspections.

Overview:

  • Job title: Test Technician

  • Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside)

  • Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F)

  • Pay: $20/hr

  • Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled)

  • Electrical testing of power systems and switchgears

  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints

  • Documentation of quality inspection and complete QC paperwork

Qualifications:

  • Electrical experience is required - open to various industries

  • Experience performing electrical testing - utilize multimeters and/or voltmeters

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics

  • Ability to working in non-climate controlled environments

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
