Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role primarily involves providing technical support to our internal teams, managing the configuration of systems, and maintaining the hardware and software elements of our desktop environment. This is a long-term contract position in the tech industry and is a fantastic opportunity for those with a passion for IT support and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Providing first-line support for all desktop-related issues and inquiries

• Administering and maintaining user accounts through Active Directory

• Utilizing Cisco and Citrix technologies to support business operations

• Managing and updating the company's database systems

• Handling Apple devices and other computer hardware in the organization

• Utilizing Dell Technologies in the resolution of hardware issues

• Implementing backup technologies to ensure data safety and availability

• Managing the configuration of systems and applications in the organization

• Addressing issues related to systems' performance and functionality

• Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Expertise in Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience with Database management

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Proficient in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies
