Maintenance Controls Technician III (PLC Allen Bradley Programming)

3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday. $85-92K OTE paid Hourly + Comprehensive Benefits. 401K, PTO, Medical, Sick, Dental, Vision, STD

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Maintenance Technician III with a focus on controls and electrical systems. They will be responsible for programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), troubleshooting various mechanical and hydraulic systems, reading electrical prints, and performing lockout/tag out procedures in compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Even Simpler: The job is for someone who fixes machines by working with electrical systems and computer programs that control them. They also need to read diagrams to know how things are wired and follow safety rules.

Skill Requirements

• Must-Have Requirements:

• Controls , Electrical , and PLC Programming experience

• Extensive mechanical , pneumatic , and hydraulic experience

• Good knowledge of controls troubleshooting

• Ability to program various brands of drives or learn different types

• Proficiency in reading electrical prints , performing basic conduit and wiring skills

• Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with lockout/tag out procedures according to OSHA standards

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with maintenance management systems

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $92,000.00 per hour
