A premier construction landscaping company located on the Southside is seeking a dynamic Office Assistant to support their thriving Lawn Maintenance Division. In this temp-to-hire role, you'll play a pivotal part in their daily operations, from answering phones and managing the hiring process to handling administrative tasks. They are offering a competitive hourly rate of up to $25, depending on experience, with flexible working hours from either 7 AM to 4 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities

Answering Phones:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.

Job Hiring and Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including creating job ads, posting positions, and conducting initial candidate screenings.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.

  • Track and manage applications in an organized manner.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Process daily time sheets, fuel sheets, and job reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours and job-related activities.

  • Assist in payroll processing.
