Citigroup Chief Operating Office (COO) Business Execution Project Manager VP (Hybrid) in Jacksonville, Florida

The COO Business Execution Project Manager reports to the COO Workforce Management Implementation Lead and supports Business Execution Leads through the planning, monitoring and controlling adoption of Workforce Planning transformation efforts across the COO. Through strong engagement with WFP PMO and COO Teams, the COO BEPM will proactively work with relevant stakeholders to build, manage and monitor implementation plans across the COO. The BEPM will work with Business Execution Leads to proactively identify and manage program risks and issues.

Job Responsibilities :

Support the COO EWM Business Execution Leads by planning and coordinating adoption activities for Workforce Planning transformation activities inside the COO. The BEPM owns the COO EWM adoption program plan.

Work with ACT/WFP teams to understand and communication planning dependencies, changes and solutions. Work with COO stakeholders and SMEs to identify, manage and resolve risks and issues.

Engage Program PMOs to manage PTS, Jira and related systems for status updates and progress tracking. Creating status updates and support senior management with program information as needed.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all mandated PM practices and relevant industry best practice efforts, including scope, schedule and regulatory change control.

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of proven project management skills including significant risk management experience required

  • 5 plus years of Financial Services experience required

  • 2 plus year Experience in Regulatory Project management required

  • Seasoned individual with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with little supervision

  • Self-starter comfortable working in dynamic environments

  • Proven track record of seeking out information and making informed recommendations

  • Experience in HR and Workforce Management programs a plus

  • Strong relationship management, influence and communication skills

  • Comfortable challenging status quo to deliver outcomes

  • Exceptional organization skills

Education : Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
