Compensation and Schedule for the Billing Customer Service Representative/Patient Collector
Billing Customer Service Representative/Patient Collector –?Full-time, hybrid after training, $18-$19 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm. Join a positive work environment!
Required Qualifications of the Billing Customer Service Representative/Patient Collector
1+ years of recent billing customer service experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Billing Customer Service Representative/Patient Collector
Handle inbound calls from patients
Discuss patient claims and answer patient questions
Collect payments and gather secondary payor when necessary
