We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a background in billing and B2B COLLECTIONS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices accurately and promptly based on sales orders and contracts.

• Manage accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.

• Vendor and internal communications for collections

• Reconcile discrepancies between customer accounts and company records.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status in the accounting system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing disputes and address customer inquiries.

• Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Assist with month-end closing processes, including journal entries related to receivables.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in billing practices.
