Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is within the industry and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records

• Handling accounts payable tasks efficiently

• Executing check runs as part of the payment process

• Coding invoices correctly for appropriate categorization

• Performing data entry tasks for record-keeping and tracking

• Processing invoices in a timely manner to avoid any discrepancies

• Setting up vendors in the system for smooth transactions

• Ensuring timely payments through checks and credit cards

• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Acumatica for various tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience in performing Check Runs.

• Skills in Coding Invoices is required.

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills.

• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Oracle system is necessary.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with SAP is required.

• Experience with Acumatica is a plus.
