Teton County Administration DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES in Jackson, Wyoming
Teton County is seeking an experienced HR Director capable of
leading our Human Resources Department and managing County-
wide HR functions. The position is responsible for providing
strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team, as well as
developing, directing, and overseeing HR policies, procedures, and
programs in support of our employees and organizational culture,
such as recruitment and selection, performance management,
employee development, and compensation and benefits. The
position provides expert advice on HR matters to County leadership
and serves as a key member of the County's leadership team.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Public
Administration with 7+ years of professional HR program
management OR equivalent combination of training, education and
experience.

Hiring Range: $137,775 - $160,164
Teton County offers an extensive benefit package including fully employer paid single and family health, vision, and dental insurance. WRS Pension employer contribution of 14.94%. Relocation assistance available.
