Job Summary:

To facilitate and collaborate in the planning, execution and support of project schedules. To provide administrative coordination, serve as the point of contact, and act as liaison for assigned project.

 

 

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of

education/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, coordinates, and promotes assigned project events.
  • Collaborates in agenda preparation and coordinates meetings.
  • Prepares and tracks grant budget.
  • Analyzes information and facilitates next steps in project implementation.
  • Schedules patient appointments.
  • Prepares and maintains applicable records, reports, and correspondence; maintains director's curriculum vitae.

Physical and Environmental Demands
