Summary
The Health Navigator will coordinate with appropriate staff and insurance payers to ensure smooth patient flow through the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
Manages a caseload of patients
Acts as a liaison between the patient, physician, and other medical providers and insurance companies to ensure quality care for patients

Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education
Minimum: Licensed RN in the state of Mississippi
Experience
Preferred: Care coordination nursing experience
Minimum: 1 Year nursing experience
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Minimum: RN
Special Skills
Minimum: Broad knowledge of community services, health concepts and adult education.
