What You’ll Be Doing:
Manager, Provider Data Management – Provider Network Specialty Services
The Manager, Provider Network will be a dynamic role that will encompass overall support for Specialty Services Operations in areas including authorization processing, client implementations, issue solution, process improvement, and more. This position reports to the Director.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Leadership responsibility for a team of 3-7 employees which includes time management, career development support, process improvement, and day to day operations oversight
Supporting/Leading new client implementations for department
Cross-domain collaboration for issue troubleshooting, process improvement, and/or implementation
Responsible for managing concurrent projects as assigned
Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships, internally and externally
Maintain contractual service level and/or operational level agreements, as applicable
Moderate to complex data reconciliation
Responsible for departmental documentation management
Shared accountability in managing training documentation and course content as well as onboarding new associates and continued staff training where necessary
Qualifications Required:
BA preferred or equivalent years of leadership experience
Minimum of three years’ leadership experience in healthcare field related to credentialing, provider enrollment, provider data management, provider services and/or configuration, preferably in a leadership role
General understanding of US health care, Managed Care Organizations, and/or Medicaid
Prior experience with developing and leading training content

Proficient PC skills in the following Microsoft Office based environments: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to work in an agile space and adapt to fluctuating situations
Takes initiative and works independently
Ability to time manage and reprioritize tasks/projects as appropriate
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $70,000 -$80,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
