Job Title: Electrical Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee various electrical infrastructure and power projects ranging from 5 weeks to 3 months. This role involves managing field operations for projects across South Central United States. The projects include upgrades to industrial manufacturing facilities such as food/beverage plants, ethanol facilities, and mining operations. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of field operations, including supervising crews, managing schedules, and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities
Oversee multiple crews on major projects.
Manage material procurement and requisition needs.
Establish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track.
Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.
Perform project takeoffs and review sets of prints.
Complete look-ahead schedules and material ordering.
Collaborate with foremen to manage crews and pull schedules.
Handle instrumentation and conduit runs.
Communicate with foremen on site regarding daily issues and progress updates.
Essential Skills
Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
Experience on at least one project as a lead foreman or superintendent.
Experience with industrial job sites (instrumentation, pull schedules, conduit runs).
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in electrical wiring, conduit installation, and PLCs.
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with foremen and crews.
Experience with project takeoffs and material ordering.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00
