What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be working on the Employee Experience team, within our larger Talent (Human Resources) Team at Evolent. Our team integrates and leverages employee data and insights to help Evolent make smarter, data-informed decisions involving our most important asset – our employees.

Collaboration Opportunities:
With driving end-to-end data analytics processes, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing and building models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs, and communicating outcomes to the Talent team and the business.
What You'll be Doing:
Data Management: Synthesize important insights from regular quantitative and qualitative data sources to inform important business decisions and change processes; Consolidate data into a single set of meaningful metrics; Leverage programming and data manipulation skills to maintain, clean, and automate reporting and analytics.
Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization and storytelling best practices to build insightful dashboards and reports.
Actionable Insights: Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to inform procedures, processes, and policies, as informed by corporate and functional goals.
Quality Assurance: Regularly evaluate data sources and calculations to ensure they are accurate and relevant.
Analytics Consulting: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultant to our Talent Partners, advising on employee trends and supporting company goals through data-driven support and insights.
Employee Lifecycle Data: Gather and analyze our employee lifecycle data, including orientation, new hire, promotion, and exit surveys, continuously improving their design, reporting, and automation. Offer meaningful recommendations to improve employee experience across the life cycle.
Organizational Effectiveness: Support other organizational effectiveness projects and efforts, including researching best practices and providing thought leadership. This can include projects related to performance management, compensation, employee experience, and learning and development.
Innovative Research: Scope and lead innovative research projects to continuously improve and expand our functional area.
The Experience We Prefer:
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Data Science, Human Resources, Statistics or related field, or a bachelors degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Data Science, Human Resources, Statistics or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
Advanced proficiency in data management and manipulation
Intermediate understanding of statistical methods
Experience with psychometrics and analyzing survey data
Advanced proficiency in a statistical software, such as R, is preferred
Prior consulting or cross-functional project management experience
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
