Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Finance Manager in JACKSON, Michigan. This role is predominantly centered around the finance industry and requires expertise in Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management, Financial Reporting, and Variance Analysis. This role primarily involves handling budgeting, budget to actual, financial reporting, capital funds, and payroll tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the financial budgeting process

• Monitoring and comparing the actual budget to the projected budget

• Generating regular financial reports for management review

• Managing and allocating capital funds effectively

• Handling payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees

• Conducting regular audits to ensure financial compliance

• Implementing and overseeing budget processes for optimal performance

• Managing financial reporting systems, procedures, and policies

• Conducting variance analysis to identify differences between planned and actual performance

• Performing accounting functions, including ledger entries and account reconciliation. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is necessary

• Experience with Auditing is required

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential

• Skill in Capital Management is a must

• Expertise in Financial Reporting is needed

• Knowledge of Variance Analysis is required
