Henry Ford Health System Community Project Coordinator/Full Time/Jackson in Jackson, Michigan
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provide coordination and support for community projects, meetings, and initiatives including partnership development, community engagement, capacity building, continuous improvement and evaluation and reporting.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in public health or related field.
Masters degree preferred.
Three years of work experience in public health or related field, including experience in community-based collaboration.
Experience with grant management and reporting.
Experience collecting and analyzing data.
Expert competency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, Outlook.
Expert competency in data collection, analysis, management and reporting systems.
Expert competency in creating data reporting tools for diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience applying critical thinking and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines.
Demonstrate professional, appropriate, effective verbal and written communication skills and teaching ability .
Experience in planning, development, and implementation of sound process improvement solutions and participation in implementation of change.
Experience self-directing in a challenging and ambiguous environment
