Pozisyonun Sorumlulukları ​

• Iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kurallarına uyum sağlamak

• Görev alanının temiz ve düzenli tutar

• Bir sorun olduğunda makinelerin PPM seviyelerinin kontrolünü sağlar

• Makinelerde oluşan problemleri çözmek

• Elektriksel test işlemlerini yapmak

• MPI işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek

• PM & TPM işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek

• Speklere göre seri değiştirmek ve ilgili formları doldurmak

• Seri değişimi sonrası hattın işleyişini kontrol etmek

• Oluşan arızalarda çözemez ya da uzar ise eskalasyona göre amirine bilgi verir

• Belirlenen görev bölgesini amirlerine haber vermeden terk etmez.

• Hatta malzeme yüklemede operatörlere yardımcı olur

• LPA denetimi yapmak
