HotelRunner Customer Engagement Specialist in İzmir, Turkey
As HotelRunner, We're looking for a great Customer Engagement Specialist ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

About The Job
Conducting quality analysis in terms of response rate and content for facilities that communicate through chat, pulling reports, and reporting to management.
Answering calls on the office's main line, directing them to the relevant person, or taking notes and relaying them.
Monitoring emails sent to the office's email address and responding to requests from internal/external clients.
Contacting facilities that have canceled their membership, learning the reasons for cancellation, and reporting them.
Reporting the total number of individuals/calls and durations on a daily basis.
Contacting customers with outstanding balances and taking action to close the existing receivable balance.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree
At least 2 years of experience in customer services department
Self-learner, independent, and a great team player
Passionate about solving complex product problems
Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Advanced level of English
Living in İzmir
