Hourly Rate: $23.08 - $28.21 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Provide Fiscal Intermediary (FI) services to individuals and maintain a caseload in compliance with program standards.
Facilitate the development and support of Circles of Support, attending meetings at least annually.
Maintain and monitor documentation for Self-Directed services, including Life Plans, budgets, and expense reports.
Oversee self-hired staff, ensuring compliance with training, screenings, and required updates.
Train individuals and families on hiring, supervision, staff evaluation, and using our electronic health record system.
Collaborate with community partners and participate in networking opportunities, such as FI Provider Network and DDRO meetings.
Ensure compliance with audit protocols and quality standards in collaboration with internal departments.
Represent the organization professionally, fostering independence and positive choices for those we serve.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field preferred, with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous experience as a Support Broker or Fiscal Intermediary is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and supervisory abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Dayforce, Evero, CHOICES, and SharePoint is a plus.
Knowledge: Familiarity with human development needs, family dynamics, and community resources. Understanding of OPWDD and Self-Direction services preferred.Comprehensive knowledge of county and community resources is helpful.
Requirements: Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to operate standard office equipment.
