The Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy is a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the vibrant Bakirkoy district, offering an ideal blend of luxury and convenience for both business and leisure travelers. Situated between Istanbul Airport and the historic Old Town, the hotel features 284 elegantly designed rooms with stunning panoramic views of the city and the Marmara Sea. Guests can indulge in a variety of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a rejuvenating spa, and multiple dining options such as the highly-rated Brizo Restaurant.

As the General Manager, you will be accountable to:

• Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence.

• Align with Hyatt’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset.

• With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.

• Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.

• Bring Hyatt’s values to life for the benefit of colleagues, guests, customers and owners by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel.

Qualifications:

• The competencies we are looking for in the successful candidate is living our culture and purpose of care, leading and fostering a diverse team, the ability to build and grow connections, identify and develop talent, and lead with compassion displaying high emotional intelligence.

• Previous General Manager experience in a comparable destination or brand.
