About the job The Architectural Consulting Executive is part of the Opening Solutions Turkey & CCA (Caucasus and Central Asia) Region of ASSA ABLOY.

The ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Turkey Group is looking to appoint an Architectural Consulting Executive to: identify and secure project Specification and Sales opportunities, develop key stakeholder relationships and deliver comprehensive ASSA ABLOY Specification solutions in the respective market. This role will report to the Regional Marketing and BIM Manager and will involve coordinating and leading the other members of the Specification team and working with other ASSA ABLOY business colleagues to develop and maximize opportunities and convert Specifications to Orders for respective market.

What You Would Do As Our Architectural Consulting Executive

  • Meet and conduct marketing and technical presentations Consultants, Architects, Developers, Constructors and End Users and understand their requirements for their projects to ensure ASSA ABLOY is specified in the tender documents.

  • Be a subject-matter expert in ASSA ABLOY products and solutions and any related standards and regulations and norms.

  • Assist Architects in drawing up specifications on doors and hardware for their projects.

  • Obtain and handover to the Specification Specialist all required information to enable a fluent specification process, and validate that deliverables are compliant with ASSA ABLOY KPI, local regulations, and customer/project requirements.

  • Active collaboration with the Sales team and other stakeholders to efficiently follow the pipeline from specification to order.

  • Support value added sales and marketing activities (events, trainings etc.)

  • Become proficient and utilise ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio™, CRM or other business application required.

  • Achieve established KPIs against project and product-based specification targets.

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.

    Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities

  • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Degree in Architecture or Construction Management, a plus

  • Minimum 3-5-year work experience in similar field

  • Good speaking and writing English proficiency.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction documents including door schedules, floor plans, elevations, wiring diagrams, etc.

  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of major Microsoft 'Office Suite' software programs required.

  • Knowledge of Autodesk® AutoCAD® is required (Autodesk® Revit® Architecture or GRAPHISOFT® ARCHICAD® software, a plus)

  • Ability to meet multiple project deadlines and exercise effective time management.

  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills

  • Team management and coordination skills

  • Ability to travel and driving licence as required for the role
