Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) - Sales

Location: Istanbul - Hybrid

Job Profile Summary: Manage a sales team to achieve financial goals within a designated geography, ranging from large accounts to mid-sized markets. Develop and maintain key client relationships, leveraging the full range of IQVIA offerings to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets in assigned accounts or territories.

  • Develop and execute strategies for contract expansion and new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers.

  • Coordinate with internal resources (marketing, sales specialists, consulting, and client services) to promote the full portfolio of products and services.

  • Ensure the sales team is fully staffed, trained, and deployed to maximize coverage.

  • Develop and monitor account plans, adjusting as necessary to incorporate new products/services and changing business conditions.

  • Utilize data insights and data services to inform sales strategies and client solutions.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • +6 years of relevant experience in sales management.

  • Experience in the health sector is essential.

  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within one or multiple related departments.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver effective presentations.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

  • Proficiency in promoting information sharing and collaboration.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with data insights and data services is essential.
