Apply now for the position of Senior Reliability Engineer , and you will join our Product Quality and Reliability team based in Issaquah, WA, contributing to enhancing overall product quality and reliability of Ultrasound systems, transducers, and catheters, while also making a significant impact on the patient experience. This is an onsite position in our Issaquah, WA office. Your Role: * Create Hardware Reliability Plans, execute tests and document Reliability Reports. This will involve establishing product use cases, performing reliability predictions, facilitating FMEAs and performing Highly Accelerated Lift Tests (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT) and Reliability Demonstration Testing (RDT). * Create Manufacturing Reliability Test Plans based on criticality of processes in manufacturing that affect product life and performance in the field and publish Reliability Reports. * Engage with cross-functional partners in Hardware Design and Manufacturing to assess problems and risks, develop improvement opportunities, and support implementation of solutions. * Participate in Failure Analysis activities and Lead Field Performance Monitoring. Your Expertise: * Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical failure mechanism, ability to read electrical schematics is desirable. * Highly familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment is advantageous, especially in Surface Mount manufacturing lines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), PowerBI, Minitab, Reliasoft, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous. * Work with our latest technology, necessitating your willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions. * Guide the project team on all aspects of product quality and reliability. * Your profile is rounded out by excellent presentation skills in customer environments, showcasing your team orientation, communication abilities, and customer focus. Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position: * Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience required. * Professional certifications, e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) are a plus. * Minimum of 6 - 8 years of reliability experience, medical device experience preferred. * Excellent engineering and analytical skills and good judgment in assessing product reliability risks, with confidence in resolving complex issues requiring management attention. * Leadership, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. * Highly motivated, enthusiastic and works with minimal direct supervision to multitask and lead workload to timely completion. * Willing to travel, both national and international, up to 10%. The pay range for this position is $142,000 - $155,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
