Kelly Services Sales Manager in Issaquah, Washington
We are hiring a full-time Sales Manager to lead a successful sales team at locally- owned retailer. In this role, you will be responsible for selling home-use high value products with a consultative approach. This is an excellent opportunity to drive success in a highly rewarding environment with a tenured sales team.
In this role, you are responsible for:
Developing sales strategies, goals and quotas to meet or exceed revenue forecasts
Recruit, hire, train and develop new sales staff
Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members
Establish and monitor minimum conversion rates across all lead sources
Monitor and manage lead distribution
Conduct performance management tasks
Analyze sales statistics and customer data
Conduct market research
Coordinate workflows with other department leaders
Answer and promptly respond to a high volume of calls, emails and other communications
To be a good fit for this position:
Proven ability in leading a top revenue producing sales team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiar with business management and CRM systems and practices
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent critical thinking skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in a sales manager role
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. This position will require frequent travel (mileage reimbursed)
Available on call 7 days a week, heavy coverage needed on weekends during peak season. Days off are Tuesday and Thursday. Daily hours 10am - 6pm.
Compensation:
$108,000 annually plus commission and bonus opportunity, total compensation expected at $175,000- $200,000.
