Apply now for the position of Quality Manager , and join our global team, Document Management Systems (DMS), leading Document Management activities to ensure compliance to global regulatory requirements. Your Role: * Owning the Change Control and Quality Records Management Process. * Overseeing the process of translating change control documentation to demand on DMS resources and creating subsequent workflow schedule. * Triggering and sustaining communication with cross functional teams to gather feedback to improve the DMS processes and helping the business to understand the DMS processes and improve overall efficiency and effectives of the systems. * Managing, coaching, and mentoring direct reports for performance and development. Your Expertise: * Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access). * Document management software (SharePoint, ETQ, SAP, etc.). * Implementing, maintaining, and administering document management and controls for large and complex projects preferred. * Excellent communication skills, drive, and sense of urgency. * Solid organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize activities in a manner consistent with departmental and site wide objectives. Must have the ability to work as a self-starter and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic cross-functional team-based environment. * Knowledge and experience writing, revising, and creating cGMP records and SOP's. * Hands-on experience facilitating problem solving and root cause investigations in a cGMP environment - Develops, implements, and assesses solutions for complex problems. * Capable of handling and participating in compliance and regulatory audits. Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * Five (5) or more years of documentation creation and control systems experience. * Two (2) or more year of leadership experience. The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
