Apply now for the position of Director of Product Management for Radiology Franchise , and you will join our team to guide remote team and our investment in the value product segment for Ultrasound devices that are globally distributed. This is position in based onsite at our Issaquah, Washington offices. Your Role: * Owning and managing the value product segment life cycle with your remote team, spanning from initial product proposal to product definition, market entry and product phase out. * Leading the product strategy and roadmap planning, inbound market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales analysis. * Soliciting user and business needs and translating them into the system specification documents to guide development. * Analysis and interpretation of sales data, take rate data and feedback data to guide development and investment. * Driving business case development, project scoping, requirements prioritization and concept development to create new product releases that meet business objectives. * Supporting R&D in realization of product releases through KanBan and Whitepaper development and team participation, project reporting, risk analysis, change control and the gathering/dissemination of customer feedback. * Contributing to the development of product claims and compelling marketing stories for each release. * Establishing our product configuration strategy, price book content and pricing. * Developing key customer relationships and plan/direct customer use testing. * Planning of product validation. * Planning and organizing knowledge transfer trainings and product rollouts for marketing, clinical applications, and product specialists. * Participating in sales support, install base, sustaining and product complaint management. * Interface with marketing, sales, technology, engineering, manufacturing, service, clinical applications, legal, logistics, quality and regulatory Your Expertise: * Guiding and leading a remote team to execute at a high level. * Working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions. * Driving results and priorities, and you perform well under pressure in a dynamic market. * Strong sense for the market, very good presentation skills and you are comfortable presenting to customers and visitors alike. * Guide/lead and influence teams of co-workers. * Collect diverse inputs and align with the franchise strategy to optimize solution proposals. * A structured decision maker that can use data and experience to make effective trade-offs in resource and time constrained designs. Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position: * Master's degree or equivalent experience required. * 10+ years' experience in Product Management. * Work experience in an ultrasound imaging company highly preferred. * Willing to travel up to 50%.
