Our client is a market leader in outdoor and sporting goods and clothing. Due to growth, seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Sales and Customer Service (CS) departments. Primary duties include:

• Lead/manage team of 10-15 staff

• Develop and set sales quotas and strategies and guide sales team to achieve them

• Ensure customer service issues are resolved in efficient and timely manner to include vendors and third parties

• Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce department

• Provide various reports to executives, management and stakeholders.

Position reports directly to CEO.

Ideal candidates for Director of Sales position will possess the following.

• Bachelors degree

• 10+ years progressive sales experience—preferably in clothing, outdoor or safety gear, or sporting goods

• 3+ years leading sales teams

• Able to work in corporate office Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. 25% travel.

Base salary is $180k/yr + bonus (depending on sales revenue). Competitive benefits.

Pay Details: $180,000.00 to $220,000.00 per year
