Banking Ops Specialist II
Responsible for advanced processing of various back-office functions related to new accounts, account maintenance, and provides enhanced customer support. Working under moderate to low supervision, this job supports other banking professionals to ensure that critical tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Process account and customer level maintenance requests, such as name and account title changes, beneficiary, address and statement updates.
Assists in new account processing for ICS, CDARs, compromised, and employee accounts with minimal supervision.
Assists with customer support tasks, including check orders, verifications and alerts, debit card and visa check card requests, and limit increases.
Conduct detailed account research and resolve customer inquiries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and banking policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Assist with inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Ensures work is properly safeguarded and controlled in accordance with banking policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred qualifications:
At least 1 year of retail banking experience in a customer support role.
Experience processing new accounts
Proven ability to conduct detailed account research and resolve customer inquiries
This is a Hybrid position. Hybrid roles require working in the office four days per week with one flexible day to work remotely.
