Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $68 - $73 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a practicing Scrum Master (certification required)

• Experience working with Compliance.

• An understanding of the Alignment of Agile practices

• Someone who has led prior Agile/Kanban Teams

• Understanding of how to effectively partner/ collaborate with key stakeholders to mature the acceptance of accelerated delivery

• Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers

• Demonstrable experience and expertise driving engineering practices that includes not limited to TDD, BDD, Pair programming, CI/CD, Automation deployment

• Rigorous focus driving Unit testing and functional automation as part of DOD

• Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA (and JIRA Portfolio)

Desired Qualifications:

• Conduct Risk Experience preferred but not required (any applications that have been worked related to it is a plus)

• Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LESS) experience is a plus

• Lead scrum or/and Kanban teams that involved Dot net applications is highly preferred

• Change Management (PROSCI, Kotter, etc) is a plus

• Good understanding of Lean engineering practices

• Previous Financial Services experience is a plus.
