Responsibilities

  • Concludes the selection process with the manager and the candidate, including offer negotiations and closing the vacancy once the job offer is accepted

  • Creates shortlists of candidates and conducts interviews and assessments with hiring manager

  • Provides feedback and coaching as needed to the interviewed for both internal and external candidates in accordance with company practice

  • Drives hiring for senior-level key hires and confidential hires across the region

  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies

  • Gains market intelligence by market mapping, benchmarking and performing competitor analysis

  • Conducts workforce planning and talent gap analyses to identify skill shortages, talent trends, and areas for skills development or reskilling within the organization

  • Monitors and assess recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction scores, to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Seven or more years experience in of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, crafting job postings, and building recruitment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, cross-functional peers, and HR colleagues

  • Previous experience advising or serving as a team lead for a full life cycle recruitment function

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, team members and hiring managers.

  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals

  • Applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and various recruitment tools

  • Experience with supporting continuous improvement on all aspects of the recruiting process

Additional Information

  • The position’s work mode is remote . Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
