Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Treasurer in the Service industry at Irving, Texas, 75038, United States. As a Treasurer, you will oversee the company's debt compliance and monitoring processes, manage daily debt obligations, handle the cash flow forecast process, and advise on significant decisions regarding cash and working capital management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and professionalize the company's debt compliance and monitoring processes

• Handle the daily obligations related to the company’s debt

• Supervise the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and the daily cash flow forecast process

• Actively manage the company’s cash and liquidity

• Assist other departments with managing the company’s portfolio of letters of credit as needed

• Support the execution of financing and working capital improvement plans

• Prepare presentations for executives, lenders, and other relevant 3rd parties

• Support special projects and other duties as assigned

• Advise the treasurer and CFO on impactful decisions regarding availability of cash and management of working capital. Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in the service industry.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Must have experience in ADP - Financial Services.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Proven knowledge in ERP Solutions is a must.

• Experience in using Financial Software is necessary.

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively.

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Ability to plan and manage the Annual Budget.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is a necessity.

• Experience in Capital Management is required.

• Proven ability in Cash Forecasting is a must.

• Experience in managing Debt Compliance is necessary.

• Ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously.
