Job Summary
The Change Management Specialist operates as a part of the Business Enablement organization and is responsible process improvement, policy documentation, sales and operations relations, technology roll out and adoption, controls and compliance, assisting the training team, general project management, and more. This is a heavily project based role focused on assisting in large scale programs between retail and technology along with working with sales leaders to ensure sellers and support analysts have the necessary tools to grow the business portfolio.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
•Create plans to manage change, including the roll out changes and mitigate risks
•Acts as a project manager for processes that are identified that need enhancements and efficiency projects
•Serves as business liaison cross company for programs and changes such as utility conversions, market openings, POLR drops
•Work with sales and support teams, engaging with them to ensure successful adoption and enhance the effectiveness of change
•Design, develop, and deliver key communications
•Develops new materials and programs and works with vendors based on team and organizational needs
•Define project goals, objectives, and scope.
•Create a detailed plan that outlines tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables
•Work with sales leaders to identify roadblocks and needs to increase productivity and performance.
•Participate in the creation of a gap analysis or needs analysis and use that analysis to prepare learning objectives appropriate for the target audience.
•Actively work with operations, legal and regulatory review, sales and vendor partners to ensure appropriate feedback is consolidated and incorporated into future training offerings.
•Attend meetings and serve as the business liaison in cross functional meetings and be confident in decision making with leadership
•Act as the back up for the Manager of Business Enablement and the Senior Director of Sales Enablement when needed
•Assists with the training and development of sales, support, and operations
•Admin of Seismic platform, working with Enablement and Marketing to ensure sales and support has necessary access to tools and content.
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements
•Five or more years of relevant work
•High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365; Salesforce a plus
•Able to conduct research and manage projects for stakeholders
•Ability to develop and present business presentations to all levels of management
•Experience with power markets, renewables and/or business customers a plus
•Strong attention to detail and communication skills
•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications are applicable to the above skills and requirements.

•Adoption by the LBM and LBCS organizations of new programs, processes, and technology
