  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Over 15 years of proven leadership in driving revenue teams to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Industry Expertise: Significant experience in the Media/Advertising sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.

  • Tech-Savvy Sales Professional: Proficient in using technology as a key component of the sales process, including Salesforce and various lead generation tools.

  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, marketing technology, and data solutions.

  • Strong Negotiator: Outgoing individual with exceptional negotiation skills, capable of initiating and closing high-value business deals.

  • Product Expertise: Comprehensive product knowledge essential for effective business development and client acquisition.

  • Leadership and Managerial Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on managing processes to understand and optimize lead-to-close metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive strategy and secure new client logos.

Salary Range: $190,000.00 - $260,000.00
