Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a Fortune 100 Healthcare organization and work in a hybrid model in Irving, TX 2 days per week. This individual will join a team responsible for pricing strategy optimization, and will be responsible for 2 products, 1 over pricing and another over claims. Within this space, this Senior Software Engineer will be driving the design and development of architecture for these products utilizing Python as main programming language. Candidates should have minimum of 6 years of experience as a software engineer, with hands-on experience using Python, SQL, UI technologies like Angular and React, and cloud experience (GCP preferred).

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, with a strong background in system design and architecture.

   - 3+ years of experience designing and development product architecture

   - 3+ years of experience hands-on with Python, specifically creating APIs using Python

   - 3+ years of experience hands-on with SQL

   - 2+ years of UI experience

     Experience with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Javascript

     Experience with modern libraries and frameworks including React or Java

   - Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
