Job Description

A large healthcare company is seeking a seasoned Linux Engineer for an upcoming project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the current environment, designing implementation plans, and deploying Sudo files within the on prem Linux environment to replace a current third-party system. This role requires immediate effectiveness, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and automating solutions. The engineer will also be tasked with testing and stabilizing the environment to ensure a successful project outcome. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines are essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Skills and Requirements

* MUST HAVE SUDO FILES EXPERIENCE *

• 12+ years of experience as a Linux Engineer.

• Proven expertise in implementing Sudoers (Sudo) Files into operating systems.

• Proficient in using ServiceNow for automation and workflow management.

• Extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and deploying configuration files into production within a Linux environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead QA testing processes to ensure system stability and reliability.

• Significant experience working in enterprise-level companies.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory integration and management. - Red Hat experience null
