Citigroup Project Lead Data Transformation in Irving, Texas

The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the Intake process and the associated business and technology areas. Defines solutions to business / process challenges and manages the incorporation of the solution into the Demand process and tools:

  • Demand process, Planview / Project Management Tools, Subject Matter Expert that Evaluates IT and evolving business requirements.

  • Consults with the business clients to determine system functional specifications.

  • Partners with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identifies and defines necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements including, screen and workflow designs.

  • Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.

  • Responsibilities include becoming the GCT SME for the Intake Processes and Workflow Automation and integration

  • Maintains processes, procedures, and Playbooks supporting the Intake Process and Workflows

Supports Data Transformation Intake and Analytics & Reporting:

  • Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define project portfolio tagging, metrics and reporting. Uses analytics to identify investment trends and process issues. Develops portfolio tracking and reporting solutions.

  • Demand process owner for Book of Work reporting. Summarizes data in a manner that enables executive decisions regarding investment priorities.

  • Prepares Executive presentation materials

  • Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

  • Program Manager role familiar with Intake process with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5- 8 years of relevant experience including program management and software development experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented

  • Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services

  • Experience in affecting large culture change

  • Experience leading infrastructure programs

  • Skilled at working with third party service providers

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work with seamlessly with remote teams


  • Experience delivering with an agile methodology

Education :

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
