Key responsibilities of the Wealth Management Senior Manager may include:

• Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.

• Ability to manage dynamic consulting projects with heavy client engagement

• Ability to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and delivery high impact initiatives

• Synthesize overall technology needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.

• Consult and partner with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their industry position in wealth management

• Drive origination efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with clients

• Cultivate strong client relationships to strengthen Accenture’s brand and grow partnership

• Lead the development and enhancement of service offerings, ensuring they meet client needs and market trends

• Demonstrate core consulting skills to produce high quality deliverables to effectively communicate complex ideas and recommendations

• Deliver strong presentations to executive audiences with clear and concise messaging

Here is What You Need:

· 10+ years of management consulting experience in the wealth management industry (i.e., back and middle office operations, investment technology, compliance, etc.) combined with experience in one of the following areas:

*Private Markets

*Distribution

*Wealth Technology & Platform Strategy.

. Bachelor's degree required

.Must be willing to travel 80%

Bonus Points if you Have:

· Capable of working independently with limited oversight

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail

· Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly motivated individual

· CPA and/or MBA a plus**

· Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

. Broad and deep knowledge of North American wealth landscape, with an understanding of key trends and of who is at the forefront in driving these.

. Strong leadership skills

. Eagerness to mentor junior staff

. Experience contributing to new business development opportunities

. Experience working with onshore and offshore delivery teams

. Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
