Summary:

The Information Technology department is seeking a self-motivated,versatile Technical Support Analyst for the Systems Integration team.

Reports to: Manager - Systems Integration

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree from a four-year college or university

• Experience with MS Word, Power Point, and Excel

• Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CLEO, Trusted Link Enterprise translation software, a plus

• Experience with EDI X12 Standards, XML, JSON, a plus

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment and extensively uses computer equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide Level II support for theSystems Integration team, assisting internal and external partners in the setup,exchange, and tracking of electronic documents

• Analysis of electronic documentsincluding data formatting and adherence to standards

• Assist CED Profit Centers in trainingand setup of the ERP system in areas related to Systems Integration

• Analysis of partner implementationrequirements as they relate to the ERP system

• Create and maintain documentation ofSystems Integration processes for internal use, trade partners, and CED branches

• Manage projects and otherinitiatives within the System Integration group

• Perform other duties as required ornecessary
